UK based air charter firm, Execflyer, are pleased to announce the launch of the latest edition of their website, www.execflyer.com. In compiling the new look site, the Execflyer team gathered feedback over a period of 2 years with a focus on look and feel. Their number one priority was compatibility across a wide range of browser types and mobile devices such as iPad and Blackberry. “We realised from client feedback that an increasing proportion of our clients are using mobile devices to search for air charter services. Thus we put great emphasis on cross platform functionality in planning this latest release” stated Jamie Dickson, Head of Charter Sales at Execflyer.  

Visitors to the site can choose how they wish to contact the team at Execflyer. New to the site is a one click “urgent charter” tab, for clients that wish to circumnavigate the quote generation function. The team are also on hand 24*7 by telephone in order to serve clients in the US, EMEA and Asia-Pac.

An increasing proportion of the work undertaken at Execflyer comprises specialist tasks such as the transportation of precious stones, repatriations and last minute deliveries of engineering parts for airlines and motorsport teams. The new website reflects this work to ensure that clients can quickly understand the areas in which Execflyer can add value from an air charter perspective. Cessna Launches Citation Latitude Mid Size Jet!

Cessna has announced the launch of its latest Mid size jet, the Citation Latitude, to fill the gap between the XLS and the Sovereign. The 8 seat aircraft will have a range of 2000NM, and cruise at speeds of up to 442KTAS.

Private Jet Charter to the MTV awards

Air charter requests are picking up in advance of this years MTV awards, and Execflyer is on hand to offer a range of private jet charter and helicopter charter options to the ceremony. This year the event will be held Belfast’s Odyssey arena on the 6^th of November, and is rumoured to include the like of Madonna, Lady Gaga and Jay-Z. Flying High this summer!

We are now well in to the summer peak season for private jet charter and helicopter charter, but where are people going? Execflyer air charter has looked back at our private jet charter and helicopter flights so far this busy summer to look at where the big hits of the this year are!

Private jet charter within Europe has seen an increase this year, particularly within the VLJ sector, and we are seeing very high demand for cost effective Very Light Jet aircraft such as the Citation Mustang, Eclipse 500 and Embraer Phenom.

This summer, our most popular destinations for private jet charter have been predominantly the south of France, with Toulon/Hyeres airport serving St Tropez and its fantastic nightlife, beaches and of course the stunning location on the Mediterranean.

Another firm favourite with in the jet charter market has been the Spanish islands of Palma and for the more outgoing, Ibiza – the clubbing capital of the world.

Due to their popularity, these areas also see a high number of empty legs going to and from the UK, which more and more people are starting to utilise in conjunction with commercial flights to allow them to experience the private jet charter world at a fraction of the cost.
